WELCOME TO STAT605
Healthcare facilities are facing workforce shortages, and with an increased demand for the profession, surgical technologists are needed in nearly every hospital and surgery center. With the Stat 605 Surgical Technology Apprenticeship program, graduates are able to fulfill the need.
Implementation of a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program allows facilities to grow their own, thus reducing the high cost of utilizing travelers to fill the critical need.
A Surgical Technology Apprenticeship allows apprentices the opportunity to study and train in their community, earn while they learn, and ideally remain in positions longer, therefore facilities experience less staff turnover.
